1 region can Blu-ray will play on the PS3 60GB PAL Region 2?

I bought a PS3 60GB PAL Region 2 here in Kuwait .. after I bought online a Blu-ray. Without my conscience that Blu-ray is region code 1 and its too late for me to cancel his case already shipped.

It depends if the movie is just produced in region 1, region or it is locked to region 1. If not locked, you will be able to play.
