Is there a home theater system speaker that sounds just as amazing as Bose, but at a cheaper price?

I always wanted a Bose nothing because I love the quality and sound of everything they did. I know they can be a bit spendy. If there are speakers home films from other well known brands and reliable work just as well, I'm definitely all ears. I'm just in the market for the purchase System of a truly great speaker!

How do I use a TIVO with a DirecTV system? And then I watch / record two different programs simultaneously?

I a non-DirecTV Tivo and just had DirectTV. Is there a way I can use the TIVO box with digital TV and watch a different channel that what I record? OK. Let's complicate things. I have an HDTV DirecTV unit. Do I need two receivers - one for HD and the other use with TiVo? Also, do I get an HDTV DirecTV TIVO HD if I want service and the ability to use a TiVo?

Do you have cable? If not, you will need two connections DirecTv and two DirecTV receivers to record something and watch another with your non DTv Tivo. If you received DirecTv you may be able to get them to replace your Tivo if you call their online customer satisfaction. Otherwise, I recommend picking up a TiVo DTV, it would be about the same as getting two receivers anyway.

Why Play DivX files lying on my Widescreen Portable DVD Player?

My Pioneer DVD does not work in Australia How do I solve this problem?

I moved to Oz from S. Africa and my Pioneer dvd can not read DVD Australian. How do I solve this problem>? Can I change the software or something else? I see that I can enter a code, but how do I do that? Do I connect to a PC or simply use the remote? Has anyone done this?

The console is capable of these Hi Def formats, But those formats have been incorporated into all current titles yet. These formats are still proprietary Blu-Ray only. Your receiver must be able to decode these formats for you to make the same use of them. It will be some time before we see games using these codes. It's the same case, we had with the PS2. He was capable of DTS, but we do not see the DTS codecs in a game until SSX Tricky.
